DELL N7110 - UNABLE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS 7 FROM USB OR DVD
evening all, Im trying to return my old laptop back to factory settings by reinstalling windows 7 However i am unable to boot it via a usb or a dvd, Has anyone had any issues with this before or maybe have some pointers that i am missing TIA

Have you tried F12 at the Dell splash screen after booting, then choose the DVD drive or USB flash drive?

Yes I have tried this, I get a flashing line at the top of the screen then it boots as normal.
