Dell 7567 Keyboard Issue- Esc, ~,1, Tab, q, a, z not working

Hi,

It sounds the keys Esc, ~,1, Tab, q, a, z not working is a very common issue with Dell laptops. I am facing this issue for a few weeks now. Suddenly, the keys start working for a few seconds and stops working again. What I have done so far:

1) Checked BIOS. Upgraded it to the latest

2) Checked all the drivers.

3) Ran the diagnostic tool, Support Assist. It shows no error.

What I have observed is when I press A+D in quick, DA gets printed the same with Z+C->CZ, Q+E->EQ, 1+3 prints 31.

The warranty period is just over in Jan, I am a student. Now facing a lot of issues due to this. From many threads I have read, it seems to be a common manufacturing issue.

Is there anybody who can help on this.

Check Sticky Keys and Filter keys are turn off. There should be no check mark in the boxes.

Right click windows icon, click on Control Panel, Ease Of Access, 'Change how your keyboard works", and then " Make the keyboard easier to use ".
