Dell 7588

Hello,

My laptop's motherboard had fried and had to replace the motherboard. since , the repair person could not find the particular board he replaced it board with Dell G7 motherboard. i.e 7588's board.

After leaving this laptop for about 7-9 months i finally got hands on the laptop. But i found out that Bluetooth is not working anymore.

It has Intel dual band 8265 wireless card. The WiFi works fine , both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels work. there is no signal drop. But the Bluetooth device is not listed in device manager. i checked on the bios where there is option to disable any wireless feature WiFi and Bluetooth. It doesn't detect Bluetooth hardware.

i have tried installing many driver software also reinstalling windows from a bootable drive. It still doesnot show up. How can i fix the problem ?
