I purchased this computer nearly a week ago. The operating system is Win 10 pro. I tried every method that dell offered but it does not work. 

I saw neither webcam nor imagining tools in device manager. I purchased this device from Turkey, and I am living in Germany now. So, I do not know how to get in contact with the repair service.

I had such a problem, and this is the solution: The camera had no contact with the loop. You should carefully open the monitor frame and try to fix it.
