Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Series-5390 - WiFi Connection Problem
I bought a Dell Inspiron 13 5390 laptop in August and ever since I have been experiencing a WiFi connection problem. The connection goes off every now and then and this can be very frustrating for my work.
Dell sent a technician to have a look but all to no avail. My laptop was also sent to them for repair but still, the same issue persists.
Can I still return the laptop for a refund? Or better still, can I ask for an exchange for another laptop?
