The hard drive is the choke-point -- not the RAM. Going beyond 8G won't make much difference in performance. Replacing the spinning hard drive with a solid state drive will.

You can indeed run up to 32G in this system, and while 4G is too little, going beyond 8G isn't going to speed the system much if at all.
Note that anything other than matched pairs of RAM will force at least part of the RAM into half-bandwidth mode. Dual channel operation requires matched pairs - 2X8 is preferable to 16+4.
That said, the one upgradeable part in the system that is the single slowest component in the system is the hard drive. Replacing the hard drive with an SSD will do far more for the system than adding more than 8G RAM will. You just won't see much if any performance boost from the added RAM, while the replacement of the drive will immediately transform the performance of the system.

Brother I know SSD is faster than Hard Disk, but it's not only issue, I think If I add more RAM to laptop than it will run faster
Can I Upgrade to 20GB Ram or only to 16GB Ram Maximum ? according to Dell Page on internet they tell to users that only maximum 16 GB Ram in this laptop
But I have searched on google some people say that this laptop supports upto 32GB Ram

Installing a 16 alongside a 4 will not damage anything, but bear in mind that only the first 4G will then run in dual channel mode -- the remaining 12G will only run at half the bandwidth.

Okay I will Install only 16GBx1 Ram in Slot one and second Slot will be empty
I think 16GBx1 Ram is enough for this laptop Dell Inspiron Corei5 3593 10th Gen
Then I will check speed of my laptop increases or not ? If not I will Install SSD also along with hard disk

Now Ram is 8GB 4GB x 2 Ram sticks AND I INSTALLED WINDOWS 10 ON 256GB SSD NOW LAPTOP SPEED INCREASED
AND I SAVE MY LARGE FILES ON WD Blue 1TB HDD wdc wd10spzx-08z10
I save other large programs and games on 1TB WD BLUE HDD Which was present since I purchased laptop
BUT WHY DELL COMPANY DOES NOT INSTALL SSD AND INSTALL WINDOWS ON IT WHEN THEY SELL NEW LAPTOPS ?

The system is sold with the hard drive and not the SSD for the same reason that base-model economy cars don't generally come with advanced driver automation features -- they're built to a price.
The Inspiron 3000 series is a budget model - - the most important factor in the configurations offered is low price.

SSDs are generally more reliable than hard drives, but they can wear out and can fail. The best defense is a current backup.
I'm not familiar with that manufacturer of SSDs -- but they're likely just a label; SSDs use components from one of the major manufacturers (Samsung, Intel, Crucial/Micron, Hynix, etc.).
