Dell Inspiron 15 5570 screw
So I have ordered parts to replace my cooling fan..I'm at the "disconnect battery part....." one of the four screws holding the battery is now stripped! Does the battery need to be completely removed from the laptop? Is it okay to disconnect battery(with one screw still attached) so I can change the fan?
This screw is really small and stripped pretty bad now

Yes if there is enough room just disconnect it.
I have no idea why they use such small screws???

It's not just a headache its pain in the .....
Every time someone in the warehouse gets a stripped screw they come running for me.
The bad thing is the screws are getting smaller.
