Dell Inspiron 15 5576 Driver Need the Uptodate Drivers

I am back with some help here,I have tried using the Radeon 18.2.1 driver from AMD to work in the past and it worked.

Now,the most recent Radeon 18.5.1 kinda works too,but I keep getting TDR delay and Thread stuck in device errors and black screen with the newest recent drivers from AMD.

I also, will say for the majority of the games I have from Steam and Uplay and WoWs it runs great ,the only exception is Doom just won't run with the current driver from Dell it will either get stuck on loading or their ill be graphic rendering issues like you can see the outside of the facility and see the sky....

with  the other games from Resident Evil 4 I play mostly fine with some errors being black screen then a errr sound and a crash.

I am here asking you guys from the community what is the best configuration with the Dell Inspiron 15 5576

FX-9830p APU and the RX-560 Baffin Mobile Pro

I just don't know what else to do here...I know that the Bios and GPU drivers are old and I also know that Windows latest 1803 Build isn't exactly good.

I already tried rollback's and the 1803 does not like rollback and I am stuck with the latest windows build.

I have done DDU and turned off firewall and turned off wifi and install the driver's from both Dell and AMD that support's Vendor specific features.

I have treid Radeon 18.5.1 and Radeon 18.2.1 and they work but show TDR delay error's

Device thread stuck in driver error's or Thread exception not handled error's

please guys for All those out their with a maxed out system upgrade of the same Model laptop give me your best recommendation of what to go for in drivers that are compatible for my system?

without black screen's and crashes and TDR delay's and Device stuck in thread handle..error's

Conclusion

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. 2 third party drivers have been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

atikmpag.sys (AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)
atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Re: Dell Inspiron 15 5576 Driver Need the Uptodate Drivers

Like you and many others, I've been struggling with this exact issue too (Inspiron 5555). Have you found any solution yet? I've tried everything you have with no luck. I have a second crash issue involving the Realtek driver and audiodg.sys that prevented the use of sleep mode and normal shutting down. I have to disable sound before closing the lid. But a solution to this one would be nice.

Re: Dell Inspiron 15 5576 Driver Need the Uptodate Drivers

mate uninstall your amd drivers go to dell website and download and install the graphics driver dell provide for some reason the drivers amd put out do not recognise the dedicated graphics card my inspiron 15 5576 went from 30fps on the lowest graphics settings to not dropping under 60fps on pretty much max settings playing lol i have not tried any other games as i only wanted a laptop that would run lol but i would dare say this process wich im not sure i am even writing down properly i could be missing something would dramatically increase the performance while gaming as it sure did for me honestly coudnt be happier with the machine after sorting out the graphics driver issues anyway good luck i hope i was some help
