Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming Keyboard Problem

I have an Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming with Service tag: .

My laptop keyboard isn't working, just the light, and i use an external keyboard, the touchpad works, and it used to self-type random letters / numbers or do wrong commands when pressing keys but i solved it by uninstalling the keyboard drivers and restarting the laptop, but the keyboard doesn't work at all, i've used the external one and I need to use the laptop one now. So, please, help.
