Dell Inspiron 3576 Loud Fan Noise

I am having very loud fan noise on my new dell inspiron 3576. Fan is running continuously very high and making very irritating noise. I need help. As i hold my laptop tilted at some angle sound stops temporarily. But fan is running continuously at very high speed. Please Help!!!
