Dell Inspiron 5558

I purchased this system on eBay a few weeks ago. I have changed the hard drive to a SSD
because the system was really really slow. Just a question are hard drives becoming
slower or is it just me? Anyway I was wondering how I can get the original Factory Image.
I do not mean a download from Microsoft. I mean the Original Image that will put the
Recovery Partition and all the Partitions Dell puts on their drives. Is it even possible
to get the image? I know my friends Dell Inspiron 1559 mine is 5558 his has some
Dell Tools Partition and a Recovery. Also this was sold as a Touch Screen I
can not seem to get the Touch Screen to work. Are there drivers I figured Dell Support Assist
would pick up any drivers like that but it don't.

NOT THE STUDIO 1558 INSPIRON 5558.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @Anonymous

Use the Dell OS Recovery Tool to create a USB recovery drive that you can use to reinstall the version of Windows or Linux that came with your PC:
