Dell Inspiron 5559 signature edition does not wake up after sleep and need to reboot

Hi everyone,

My Dell Inspiron 5559 signature edition does not wake up after sleep. The system wakes up (I can hear it and see the keyboard lights) but the screen is pitch black (sometimes showing for less than a second grey and black lines). I have to reboot it every time. I saw a similar problem with another model but the solution was to rollback the graphics drivers (AMD/Nvidia) and it looks like I have non. I only have an intel driver that I cant roll back.

Help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Sergio

Please select Detect Drivers in the link below. The Dell utility will search latest drivers (BIOS, Chipset and Video) and firmware for the system.

Thank you so much. So far it is working. Will come back if it does not.

All the best and thanks again,
