Hi, the system log of my brand-new Inspiron 15 5570 shows about 20 times per second a 'correctable hardware-failure': Whea-logger ID 17:
Onderdeel: PCI Express Root PortFoutbron: Geavanceerde foutrapportage (PCI Express)
Bus:Apparaat:Functie: 0x00x1C0x5Leverancier-id:Apparaat-id: 0x8086:0x9D15Klassecode: 0x30400
Dell Support Netherlands says that since the laptop is working, there is no problem to resolve, so they do not want to help me.
I should like to have this problem resolved within my warranty time.
I already did a bios-upgrade, and then a total system-restore.
Then I update all the drivers from within device-manager.
But the problem is still there.
The frequency of the messages is not always the same. Sometimes there are just a few WHEA-messages per minute. But sometimes there ar >20 messages per second.
When I turn off the Qualcomm QCA9377 Wireless adapter, the messages disappear. But I need Wifi.
Any help will be appreciated.
I have exactly the same trouble in the event log. But i don't see any consequences on my pc usage right now.
