Dell Inspiron 5580, 'Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-Driver_KK6C2_WIN_10.1.17903.8106_A07_01.EXE' installation issue!
Hi,
I have Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series 5580.
In that by Dell SupportAssist app when I am trying to check Drivers,
Each time I see "Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-Driver_KK6C2_WIN_10.1.17903.8106_A07_01.EXE" is pending.
I tried lots of time to install it.
I try to convey my problem to DellCares by twitter, they established Remote sessions but each time,
they Change XML files in 'C:\ProgramData\SupportAssist\Client\Agent\Config'
named as DRIVERSCANBLACKLISTMANIFEST.XML & DriverScanHotListManifest.xml.
Also they tried to install that driver by Intel Chipset Device Software Driver By Dell.
Also they take wmi.txt by command
C:\Windows\system32>wmic /record:wmi.txt path win32_pnpsigneddriver
But finally after many Remote session they declare as:-
"In case you are still receiving the chipset driver notifications after updating the same, I'd request you to ignore the notifications and await for the new chipset driver / support assist version which would resolve this issue."

Log found in 'C:\ProgramData\SupportAssist\Client\Agent\ClickFeed\SupportAssist_Service_Tag_20190531201211\Driver'
which I tried to modified as per my knowledge
As follows:-

I found in DriverScanBlackListManifest.xml (given by DellCares IT Expert https://downloads.dell.com/serviceability/Client/Config/ ) following line:-
I think due to this line, SupportAssist App stop showing it.
But Dell Website still showing me as this driver is pending.
Now my intention in this post,
1. Can I get root cause, why my laptop not accept this specific driver?
2. Can I get Readme file or other deep documentation of this specific driver?
3. Is this issue occurs in same model somewhere in world or only 1 laptop has issue?
Need Help.

Not sure if it was the most scientific means but as I am persistent and was flustered I gave it the benefit of the doubt and reinstalled like 6times in a row.. and then it stopped asking.
