Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming Lid Closed, Fan Loud

Hello,

whenever i close my lid the fan starts to run loudly, the fan does not give me any troubles while i am using the computer. only when i close the lid. it happens with or without the power connected. the only way to stop the fan from running loudly is to completely shut down the computer.

My laptop fell down and my one of the speaker and fan stop working. Some time both speakers start working. But fan works but the heat air trap inside the work laptop, and it gets heat a lot then shut down automatically. I contact https://babasupport.org/microsoft/windows-7-customer-care-helpline/373 but no one come to fix it.

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to look into this for you.

Did this start after any recent updates like Windows updates or software installation?

What is the version of BIOS installed?

Please run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB & check if there is an error listed.

Hi johnsaw,

This seems to be an internal damage. Run a hardware diagnostics by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB

If the system has accidental damage warranty, I can assist you with the part replacement otherwise you will need to contact our out of warranty team for further assistance.
