Sounds like you need a new battery if you're still in warranty contact tech support. If not https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=category&id=141&subid=823&refine=power+adapter

When turn on by direct AC and i reinstall windwos ,the hard disc size is 0 ,no memory avilable

That's telling you that your hard drive is failing. Replace it. Hopefully, you have a Disk Image that you can restore to your new hard drive as your not likely to be able to clone that one
