I received a replacement for my dell latitude 7470. On arrival I noticed it had the same "coil whine" issue mentioned across dell forums. I've completed diagnostics with dell support twice now, and both times I was given a run around, or was told they were not the right associate to help me with this problem, or told the the noise from my laptop was "within spec". I am completely unwilling to troubleshoot with another associate as they have already wasted several hours of my time with no resolution. I did give up trying to get it replaced, but now the whine is louder, and the general vibe from dell has been <Profanity removed> This is what i get for purchasing a full replacement plan.
