My system gets freeze whenever I tried to play games or run any heavy programs in simple work its work fine but in the heavy task it gets freeze

Hello,
ePSA diagnostic code of 2000-0142 indicates the the HDD (hard disk drive) Self Test was unsuccessful open the system and reseat the drive this might solve the issue.
