Fps issue while charger plugged in(dell 3593)
Recently bought dell 3593 i5 10th gen with 2 gb nvidia nvidia mx 230 graphic card. But while the charger is plugged in i get low fps and it fluctuates a alot.
When i unplug the charge i get stable fps.any solution ?

Same ıssue. I have same laptop. My battery options are on performance mode. But fps drop while plugged charger. I sent service laptop. They change my motherboard, charger, dc ınput. But ıssue is not solved. Please somebody tell me how to fix this. Thank you!

I installed throttlestop and decreased the max turbo boost to 2.5 and it is somewhat solved.

shutdown it and start with tap F2 then go to performance and disable intel speedstep

I'm Avinash, a community member just like you!
I understand that your game's FPS decreases while you're playing it when plugged-in, but has better performance while running on battery.
Please set the Power mode (plugged-in) to Best Performance.
Try playing after enabling this setting.

thank for replying.
i tried that too but the issue wasnt solved.
the laptop was throttling heavily causing the issue.
is your model the same as mine?
