Frozen laptop
hi. i seem to have a problem with my Dell laptop. when i turn it on it takes time to do so, and once it's on it doesn't want to work. it just stays frozen. the caps lock turns on, but the computer itself won't work. i pressed ctr+alt+del - it didn't work - I rebooted it - it didn't work - i took out the battery and restarted it it - it still didn't work -
could anybody kindly assist me with this issue?
