G3 3590 screen damaged by keyboard

I couldn't work out why I have a line of horizontal scratches on my screen, and the odd blotch and cluster of dead pixels. But a quick google search threw up a few posts from here with people with the exact same issue!

This is now my second screen as I was convinced that I had damaged the first so replaced at my own expense. Turns out it was the keyboard!

Unreal that the keyboard appears to be damaging the screen! And it is getting worse the more I use it. I have only had this laptop a few months and it was purchased direct from Dell.

Does anyone know what Dell are likely to do about this?
