I bought my daughter a G3 laptop last year for Christmas and now the laptop has power, but the screen is dead. Support will do nothing to help because I am 3 weeks outside warranty. Anyone run into this issue and have any recommendation to try to get it to work? Support wants me to send it in for a $300 new motherboard, but has done nothing to verify that is the issue
I have been buying Dell for years and this is sad if the quality only last 1 YEAR of very little usage.
