G7 - having issue with external speaker

Hi,

my speaker is Logitech

main-qimg-6009d53d7106f21fac32d985d7fa5147.jpg

it is working well with other laptop,

but with G7, whenever there is new sound going to be run (whether an audio\video file saved in my laptop, or through website, like open YouTube video, or flash advertisement ,,, etc), there is a short noise which is really annoying.

what I feel is this noise is due to the laptop signals the speaker when it want to run a new audio.

sample of the audio issue is here, I tried to run two youtube videos:

as I mentioned this issue does not happen with the other laptop, and also it does not happen on G7 built-in speaker.

appreciate your help on this.

Hi OudMaster,

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

How are you attaching the Logitec speakers to the laptop?  Plugged in?  Bluetooth?

Re: G7 - having issue with external speaker

Hi Robert

I have noticed the issue is solved by changing the speaker option:

there are several options, but it seems now working fine with me with the selected option mentioned.
