Games crashing on Dell 5770 since bios and windows update

I have a dell 5770 with AMD530. After the latest bios update my games are crashing

I have attached screenshots of the system. Can this be a hardware issue or a driver issue?

Or I have to re-install windows?

I have reinstalled AMD software

I had issues with my MS Office as well, which was fixed after repairing it

Any help will be appreciated.

According to presented procedure , Inspiron 5570 with bios 1.2.3 is not reacting on CTRL+ESC when plugging in and powering. Its just normally starting operating system.

I am not getting the bios recovery option. Held crtl ESC for more than a minute and also plugged the AC adapter.

Also, I tried flash update but it is blocked.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks guys it worked.

Dell's support is the worst. They told me that bios recovery is not possible on Inspiron 5770 the so called support person and his supervisor have no intention of helping or they have no knowledge of troubleshooting.

Thanks to the Dell Community

just plug the power cable

Thanks a lot, it did worked for me too. My problem on that solution was that i did the renaming of the file wrong, i just copy pasted it. A helpfull video for people like me who don't know how to rename the file correctly.https://www.dell.com/support/article/de/de/debsdt1/sln300716/bios-recovery-options-on-a-dell-pc-or-tablet?lang=en

I guess you do the same mistake i did. Make sure you rename the file name correctly, especialy the file extension from .exe to .rcv. Open this link https://www.dell.com/support/article/de/de/debsdt1/sln300716/bios-recovery-options-on-a-dell-pc-or-tablet?lang=en and watch the short video after min 02:25, it shows how to change the file extension correctly.

I didn't know this was a BIOS issue, thank you for that, not only is the 5570 trash, but now the BIOS is wrong. hopefully this will fix it.
