Games crashing on Dell 5770 since bios and windows update

I have a dell 5770 with AMD530. After the latest bios update my games are crashing

I have attached screenshots of the system. Can this be a hardware issue or a driver issue?

Or I have to re-install windows?

I have reinstalled AMD software

I had issues with my MS Office as well, which was fixed after repairing it

Any help will be appreciated.

from where did you download it? only the latest 1.2.3 bios is available to download in .exe format, where did you get the bios image?

can you be more specific? The bios update file is an exe file, not an image

Here's the link:

https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=ykx87

Just rename it to 'BIOS_IMG' and change the '.exe' extention to '.rcv'

If you're lazy, just put this in a pendrive: https://mega.nz/#!7kwRlKpZ!HAPOXlH6j0y22n8n4WboyPpP0eyetqnZDa77jpKUWsk

then follow tomcat00's instructions, downgrade won't be blocked but some intel me endupdate firmware will not go back to old version. I think it's the update for the zombieload vurnerability...

3- copy it to usb with FAT32 format

4- shutdown your laptop and unplug the AC

5- press Ctrl+Esc (hold) and plug the AC but keep pressing until see bios recovery window

6 -bios recovery

Solution does not work under bios 1.2.3. This version is not downgradable.

How do we as a community can request a fix for this dell software problem? At least a downgradable next version of bios will be great.

Please note that downgarding to the 1.2.2 version will not solve the issue. Only the 1.1.8 version is the solution:

1. After download you will have the "Inspiron5570_5770_118.exe" file

2. rename it to BIOS_IMG.rcv

3. copy it to usb stick with FAT32 format

4. shutdown your laptop and unplug the AC

5. press Ctrl+Esc (hold) and plug the AC but keep pressing until see bios recovery window

6. choose bios recovery

7. enjoy
