I dropped my Inspiron at the Fedex drop off on February 9th to get it repaired and checked , today is March 1st and I haven't gotten it back the service tag is please help me get my laptop back.

You need to post this i the customer care forum they have Dell employees in that forum.
I hope you received a notice from Dell that the computer was actually received for repair. Contact Dell directly for info. This is user to user forum.
Keep all your FedEx paperwork. Check with FedEx for proof of delivery to Dell.
