Headset not located for Inspiron 2 in1

I need help my Inspiron lap ton don’t detect my headphones with microphone integrated, someone can help?

What exact model Inspiron 2 in 1? Some have separate ports for headphones and mics while some have dual port for a combo mic and headphones. Check your manual to see what you have.

I don't know if you have a headset with both or are trying to use the mic that is on the computer.

I’m trying to use the microphone from my headphones and I can’t do it my laptop is a 15 7000 Inspiron and I have tried everything an I have not had results.
