Heating problem

Hello. I have problems with over heating on my Dell G7 17 7790. When i play, the cpu ( i7 9750 h ) is reaching 100 C degrees . I sow on internet that should not pass 90 C degrees. I have the latest version of bios ( from dell site ). What should I do? It's possible to have a hardware problem with the intel cpu...or this is a general Dell problem?

The G7 series do run hot. The following links have more information. I would look into a laptop cooling pad as it would help to have as much air passing through the system as possible.

Thanks for reply. I'm disappointed. It' expensive comparative with Asus or Msi( same configuration) ...and the result is a big disappointment.
