Help with display

Hello!

In the diagnostic tools it shows me this. I have dell Inspiron n5110.

I unplugged the entire video cable. On external monitor it works perfect. The video card shows no error in the diagnostics. While pressing "D" key and power on, it shows solid xolors. That means the display and the video card are good and replacing the video cable to the display is the solution?
