How to stop my wrists from interfering with the screen when using my pen on tablet mode

Am I the only one who's having issues with using tablet mode with a pen and then my wrist or hand interfering with the screen?

Sounds like the Left-handed curse in digital? sorry I don't have an answer for you I hardly use my touch screen at all
