In-built microphone plays back all computer sounds and echos
Hello all,
I have an Inspiron 7573, and as the title says, whenever I use the built in microphone, the person I am talking to can hear all my computer sounds (notifications, game audio, etc) and an echo of their own voice. I do not hear anything unusual from my end.
This occurs on many different applications, so I do not think this is because of a specific program.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest Realtek audio driver, but it did not help.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Update: I have also unchecked the "listen" box for the microphone, but the problem is still here

Just tried all of the options; loud room helps a little bit, but it is still noticeable by everyone in the call. None of the other options have helped.
