Couldn't agree more. It has Windows, yet it doesn't have enough space to even update itself. Super slow...takes multiple clicks to open/close things, and the design and placement of the START button -- very flawed.
Biggest disappointment I've ever experienced with Dell.

The price is key - that's half or less what most current cell phones cost, with features matching the price.
If it was purchased from Dell, you do have 30 days to return the system if it doesn't meet your needs (minus a shipping and restocking fee).
