Inspiron 13 7375 - WiFi and Mobile HotSpot dissapears

I purchased this laptop two months ago and it's been working well, until last week when I booted my laptop and noticed "WiFi" and "Mobile Hotspot" were missing. Only Airplane Mode was still there. After going through a few forums on similar issues I ended up re-installing the latest BIOS and the problem was solved! I was able to connect to WiFi again- only for two days, after which I encountered the same problem again( WiFi and Mobile HotSpot dissapeared again), re-installed the same BIOS, and now am writing this to ask for help regarding the issue. What causes this? How can I fix it? WiFi and Mobile HotSpot re-appear after re-installing BIOS
