I'm facing screen freezing from past 2 days. It's getting struck even during operation just few seconds after turning on.
Run a diagnostics (F12 at the Dell splash screen) and watch for any HDD or SSD errors.
I am facing the same problem. Ran the diagnostics at startup no errors.
Dell Power Management Lite app. "Adaptive" (which seemed to be the default option for me), changed to "Primarily AC use"
Still getting the problem of screen hang. Very irritating.

i have been facing the same issue. tried everything, ran all diagnostics, but the problem still persists, this is very annoying as even the dell tech support is unable to fix the issue
