Inspiron 15 5567 Very Slow I have a Dell 5567 (i7-7500U, 8GB RAM, 4GB AMD R7-M445, 2TB/5400rpm HDD MBR) op:win 10 When opening the device takes a minute and a half .. And on the Ristert takes 3 minutes it's long time please dell help me

Can I add 16GB RAM (want to make 24 GB RAM) in my Inspiron 15 5567 which comes with 8GB DDR4 one. PC have Intel® Core™ i5-7200U Processor.
Please help.
