I currently have been having issues with my laptop only producing a black screen. I have two sign-on profiles, one for me and one for my wife. When I sign on to my wife's profile everything loads up like normal but when I sign on to my profile all I get is the cursor and a black screen. I still get notifications in the right corner when applications like Norton is running. I have tried running in safe mode but still, get the black screen.
