Inspiron 15-7559 blank screen while power button is on

My Inspiron 15-7559 has a blank (black) screen with the power button lit up. Nothing happens on the screen if I hit the return key. I tried doing a ctl-alt-del, but nothing happened. Is there a reset button on this computer? Your helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
