In my country, it has been solved with exchanging adapter. Dell send to me a new 180w adapter. Now I have 180w adapter and no more my battery level decreases while plugged-in. Thanks to dell

check your bios under maintance for ownership tag (date) if the box in unchecked, check it. apply and reboot and it will then allow charging..inspiron 7577 gtx 1050ti
