Inspiron 1525, USB driver update wanted

I am not a computer geek and need advice. I have a inspiron 1525 laptop.

I want to copy pictures from it to a galaxy pad. When I try to do so,

the program tells me my usb drivers need updating. I tried some sites but

they want me to pay for the updates. I would like to know if the updates are

even available for this old laptop and also if purchasing is the only choice.
