Inspiron 153x “Other user’ after factory reset - can’t login

I needed to wipe my laptop to factory defaults, including user accounts that I’m planning to recreatelater on, but after going thru the process the laptop came back to thw Windows 10 logon screen with “Other User” as a logon account. I tried with the previos user name/pass combination, previos user/no pass, admin/no pass, but I just can’t login into the OS. Also, the Wifi is disable and there’s no option to enable it so I can try to log with a MIcrosoft ID. How can I log back into the system? Thanks in advance
