Inspiron 3521 BIOS Admin Password

I am responsible for remastering an Inspiron 3521 laptop but there is a bios admin password that the owner does not know.
Here is the informations:

The owner will need to place a call to Dell support with verification of ownership in order for Dell to generate a system-specific unlock password.

Make sure they call the paid-support number, as this system will be long out of warranty.
