Inspiron 3793 Laptop Display Driver issues

I just got my laptop and I am having an issue running a game on the laptop. The issues is with the display driver. The screen freezes but I can still hear the sound. I updated Display driver and did not resolve. I do see a newer driver on the Intel web site but will not let me install as it says it is not approved by vendor. It is for sure the display driver as if I disable the display adapter I can play the game but quality is bad and video very choppy. Any ideas on how I can get a new driver installed?
