Inspiron 5557 won’t let me get to Windows due to Aptio Setup Utility boot menus

My Inspiron 15 5000 5557 gaming laptop doesn’t allow me to log into Windows. It only boots up to BIOS menus and the Aptio Setup Utility. Every time I hit escape or try to exit it keeps sending me back to the same screens upon startup again. This problem has begun only since the last 2 days when I was away from my computer and the laptop had a blue screen of death and now prevents me from coming back to Windows.

I also tried running the ePSA diagnostics and it only keeps telling me “hard drive missing or not installed”. The scans finish successfully but it always shows a yellow caution sign for my hard drive. What do I do?
