Inspiron 5558 Dell OS recovery tool not working

Hi,

I am having issues with Dell OS recovery tool. After putting in service tag information, it errors out saying "Unable to connect to backend"

Can anyone help with this issue?

Welcome to the Dell Community @Shrikant_25

Have you tried again???

The servers could have been down for maintenance???

What version of Windows came with your laptop???

Best regards,

Just making sure , you're performing the steps correctly.....

I'm also assuming windows 10 is on the corrupt drive....

1. Power off system. Plug memory stick into the computer.

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12  key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. In Dell Preboot menu, select the USB drive (memory stick) and press Enter.
