Troubleshooting a wireless connection is hard if you are actually there but from another location information is needed.
Have you checked your network to confirm it is a private network?
Does you internal network work normally?
Any warning symbols on the network icon in the taskbar?
Any warning symbols on anything in Device Manager?
Have you tried rebooting the router/Gateway?
Can you ping the remote site or can you connect using just the IP address?
There are troubleshooters in Win 10 and on line, possibly they could lead you to a solution. If you run the one in Win 10, make sure and run it as admin and check the details to see if it gives any clues.
Any messages in the Event viewer around the time of the connection problems?
