Only thing I can suggest is go into Device manager by right clicking Windows logo bottom left and select keyboard and uninstall driver making sure to check uninstall driver on PC. Reboot and let Windows install the driver, if this does not solve the problems then you have a hardware issue and should seek out technical support.
thanks for replying , i did that 2-3 times didn't solve it,
but i observed that when keeping my laptop on a plain surface its working perfectly
Yes whenever I keep the laptop on an uneven surface like on lap (b.n,space, arrow) starts working intermediately
What should I do ?
Thanks alot for the help from dell side ,
I received an driver update this morning after that the laptop is working perfectly
All keys started working properly
I faced the same issue. 'n', 'b', spacebar, '/' and down arrow key wasn't working. Just uninstall the HID Event filter driver. IT FIXES EVERYTHING. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT. It worked like a charm. I don't know know why have they even given that driver. It's useless. Only causes problems. I had a torrid time these past few days.
