Inspiron 5593, fingerprint scanner suddenly missing

All of the sudden fingerprint stopped working, well it was working perfectly but after the software update it stopped.

i uninstall the Goodix Fingerprint to reinstall to see if it works or not and it did not installed with the error screenshot is attached.
