Inspiron 7386, D6000 dock, 2nd monitor not supported

I have an Inspiron 7386 2-in-1 with UHD display (4K). When I connect an external monitor (Philips 27" UHD brand new) to the PC HDMI port everything is OK: I can choose to replicate the screen and close the PC display to work with the big screen. If I connect the HDMI cable of the big external monitor to the D6000 docking station the big screen (Philips) doesn't get any video input from the D6000 docking station AND the PC display starts switching on and off (about 8-9 sec on and the same off). All drivers have been updated (Windows and D6000 DisplayLink device) and D6000 firmware too. I already got another D6000 docking station from Dell but nothing has changed. Somebody can help me? It would be great!

Re: Inspiron 7386, D6000 dock, 2nd monitor not supported

* For my notes, click my name and private message me the Inspiron 7386 service tag number

Below is how you should be connecting these three devices =

* The AC power adapter is connected to the Inspiron 7386
* The AC power adapter is connected to the D6000
* Setup =
D6000 2in1 cable Type-C --> Inspiron 7386 Type-C in port
D6000 HDMI out port --> HDMI to HDMI cable --> Philips HDMI in port
