Thanks Robert, no errors on basic test and no errors on extended test. (would you like screenshots?) So yeah, not sure what's wrong and unsure of why this issue still hasn't really been addressed in the PC's build.
That being said, thanks for the link. That user seemed to have a similar problem, though, mine doesn't seem to be memory related as the Systems tests indicate nothing. The next time this happens I'll remove the battery, though, I'll probably wait until my warranty is voided to do so as I'm afraid removing the battery will void the warranty. Is that the case?
Removing the battery does not void the warranty. Since you still are under warranty, you may wish to troubleshoot with Dell Tech Support.
You can contact Tech Support at 1-800-624-9896 or 1-800-288-4410, or you can initiate a chat session http://dell.to/2v4snVm
Today, I was playing PUBG in my laptop. Suddenly, I was unable to move in the game except for mouse. I got a kill with help of mouse. After few seconds mouse didnt respond but, I was able to hear the game chat only. After few seconds laptop freezed. I tried force shutdown but, it didnot work. I was confuse, even force shutdown didnot work. I couldnt remove inbuilt battery. I waited until battery drained.
