Inspiron 7577, lag, FPS drops

Question

I have very similar problem as this thread from April. I got my laptop 2 years and 11 months ago. Every few minutes after launching any game, no matter what level of details is set, it starts lagging and FPS drops down really hard. It makes most of the games really unplayable.

looks like that change of thermal paste helps not just in this one case but also another similar on forum. i m just curious (having the same issue - brutal drop in FPS after few minutes of playing any game, temperatures of CPU spiking to 100C and GPU to 88C) - what about warranty? i have mine until feb 2021 but i presume i`ll lost it at the moment i`ll disassemble laptop? is this situation covered by warranty service (so technician will come to my house and change the paste there) or - what to do next?
